Jujutsu Kaisen – Chapter 1: Ryomen Sukuna
Yuji Itadori is a boy in high school. He is strong. He does not like sports. He joins a club called the Occult Research Club. He likes this club because it is easy. After school, he visits his grandfather in the hospital.
One day, Yuji’s grandfather dies. Before he dies, he tells Yuji two things:
- Help people.
- Do not die alone.
Yuji listens to these words.
At the same time, a boy named Megumi Fushiguro is looking for a special object. It is an old finger. The finger belongs to a curse called Ryomen Sukuna. It is very bad. Megumi wants to take the finger because it is dangerous.
Yuji’s club finds the finger first. They open the seal by mistake. Bad things come to the school. These bad things are curses. They want the finger because it has strong power.
Yuji runs back to the school to help his friends. Megumi fights the curses. Yuji does not know magic. He wants to help. He eats the finger. He gets the curse power.
Yuji does not lose his mind. He can control his body. This surprises Megumi.
A man named Satoru Gojo comes. He is strong. He says Yuji has a job. Yuji must find and eat all the fingers of Sukuna. After that, Yuji must die.
This is the start of Yuji’s story.
